Alejandro Huergo Lora will analyze the impact of AI on fundamental rights, Miguel Recio Gayo will make a presentation on the overlappings and gaps on data protection that can be identified in the context of the European Union Digital Strategy and José Luis Piñar Mañas will analyze the peculiarities and complexity of the legal framework on AI.
