Biography
Professor and Academic Coordinator of the Official University Master’s Degree on Data Protection, Transparency and Access to Information (LL.M) of the law faculty of CEU San Pablo University (Data Protection and Privacy -Transparency Courses).
Scientific Coordinator of the Google Chair on Privacy, Society and Innovation of CEU San Pablo University from 2012 to 2021.
Ph.D. in Law from the University of Montreal and Doctor of Law from the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas (Sorbonne Universités) with Cum Laude distinction by unanimous decision.
LL.M., Master on IT Law from the University of Montreal. Law graduate from the Autónoma University of Madrid.
Member of the Illustrious Bar Association of the Autonomous Community of Madrid. She was awarded a “La Caixa” Foundation Scholarship for postgraduate studies.
For years, she has been working in the area related to the right to the protection of personal data in the university sphere as well as in the consultancy and teaching fields for both the private and the public sector at an international level.
She has participated in numerous conferences and has written several publications regarding IT Law, Privacy, Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, Cyberjustice and Personal Data Protection, among others.
Research Associate in the Cyberjustice Laboratory and in the LexUM Chair on Legal Information of the University of Montreal. Coordinator of the legal review “Cuadernos de la Cátedra”.
