Alicia Piñar Real
Biography
Alicia Piñar Real is a lawyer. She holds a Master’s Degree in Fundamental Rights from the Carlos III University of Madrid and a Master’s Degree in Data Protection, Transparency and Access to Information from the CEU-San Pablo University, where she is now also professor. For more than ten years she was Legal Advisor at the Spanish General Bar (Consejo General de la Abogacía Española). She enjoyed a scholarship as an analyst of constitutional doctrine at the Spanish Constitutional Court. She is the author of several publications on data protection, equality and conciliation. She was also coordinator of the Crónica de Jurisprudencia Constitucional in the Revista General de Legislación y Jurisprudencia.
