PhD Professor of Administrative Law at the CEU-San Pablo University in Madrid.

Lecturer and Coordinator of internships on the Master’s Degree in Data Protection, Transparency and Access to Information.

He is the author of various publications on data protection and access to information.

Researcher in different projects on privacy and digital society funded by the Spanish Government.
